Posaprime System

Norweco’s precast concrete Posaprime wastewater pumping stations provide dependable, maintenance-free wastewater or stormwater handling.  The pre-engineered system allows all pumps, equipment and controls to be installed in a convenient dry well with a unique Environmental Control System that insures superior equipment life.  The pump chamber is equipped with an automatic dehumidifier, thermostatically controlled electrical heater, fresh air vent, forced air exhaust system, internal lighting and sump pump with checked discharge to the wet well.  Each component is specially selected for the specific application and manufactured under rigid quality control conditions.  Simplex, duplex or triplex pumps may be provided in each station to capably handle the entire hydraulic flow and virtually eliminate downtime.

The Posaprime system also features an internal monorail and motor hoist that eliminates costly and troublesome manpower problems during service and inspections.  A complete line of accessory items is available to make the Posaprime system the total solution to every pumping station installation.
